Process

When your client is ready to proceed with their purchase, please complete the short application form on our 'Apply' page. After submitting the form online, we will reserve the necessary funds on behalf of your client.

After you have received confirmation from Minel Partners that your client qualifies for the scheme, you will collect from your client, as per normal, the relevant fee by debit/credit card in order to proceed to property valuation . You will liaise with your client throughout the mortgage application process to expedite the production of the mortgage offer.

Upon production of the mortgage offer you will liaise with both the client and the nominated solicitor to ensure that the bridging loan purchase and remortgage transaction proceed readily to completion stage.

At completion stage, the nominated solicitor will complete the purchase utilising the bridging loan monies provided by Minel Partners Bridging Loans. Immediately upon completion, the solicitor will clear the bridging loan with the funds provided by the remortgage lender. The solicitor will, where applicable,  forward to your client any surplus monies remaining when the bridging loan has been repaid.

After legal completion you will pay the relevant fee of £995 to Minel via debit/credit card. Please note that this fee is only payable once in any 12 month period regardless of the number of transactions your client undertakes.
